The Role

We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a School supporting children aged between 2 and 11 years old. Working as part of an established team, the desired SEND Teaching Assistant will be supporting children 1-1 or in small groups. This role will be Monday to Friday 8:30 – 15.30

They place a great emphasis on encouraging an excellent relationship between home and school, thus allowing their families and staff to work together for the greater benefits of the children in their care.

Requirements

- Experience working with SEND children

- Have a caring and positive nature

- Be able to build positive relationships with children and young people

- Understand the crucial importance of keeping young people and children safe.

- Be willing to pay for a DBS check and register with the Update Service .

Salary

£12.86 to £13 per hour

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
