The School and Role
Are you looking for ad hoc/ supply work in schools in Wiltshire?
We have a range of Teaching Assistant opportunities in all year groups in Special Educational Needs schools across Wiltshire.
About the role
You will be working with pupils supporting children with a range of learning needs and disabilities.
You do not need any formal qualifications to be a Teaching Assistant, but some relevant experience of working with children would be beneficial. This is ideal for:
- Graduates who are considering becoming teachers
- Nursery staff or Nannies who are looking for term-time work
- Sports coaches / Play leaders / Sunday school teachers / care workers
- Experienced Teaching Assistants looking for a change
About the school
You will need an Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service to work with children (don’t worry if you haven’t got one, we can help you get one).
Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant (Ad Hoc/Supply) you will:
- • Experience of working with children
- • Excellent communication skills
- • An ability to work as part of a team
- • Be reliable and proactive

Salary
£70 to £80 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience of working with children
