Working on supply through Vision for Education's guaranteed pay scheme might see you visiting a range of different schools in different demographics, teaching different classes and year year groups. Most of work you will deliver will be planned; however, you will need to have your own resources available to hand - just in case, suitable for all year groups.

On our guaranteed pay scheme, we will guarantee you at least 3.5 days pay each week - whether we get you work or not! At the moment, our current candidates are working full time on this scheme due to exceptional demand.

Vision for Education are urgently seeking an enthusiastic primary teacher with a passion and flare for teaching to be enrolled on to out guaranteed pay scheme in a variety of our client schools.

• Have a positive and flexible attitude
• Demonstrate a real passion for teaching
• Have access to your own transport and be happy to travel up to an hour
• Experience of and be happy to teach classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Be able and willing to take bookings on the day
• Receive excellent references from previous employer
