Vision for Education are looking for proactive and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers who are looking for flexible day to day cover within Bournemouth and the surrounding areas!
Salary: £135 - £160 a day.
Paid to scale for permanent roles or long term with extra responsibilities.
Please note all applicants must hold eligibility to work in the UK and proof of a UK address.
The desired Teacher will have:
- Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent with QTS
- Experience of teaching secondary school aged children and be able to provide two references
- A passion for the progress of pupils
- An ability to build positive relationships with both staff and students
- 2 - 5 days availability
- UK residence
Responsibilities:
- Presenting pre-planned captivating lessons to keep students engaged in learning
- Meet the daily objectives and targets set
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Apply a variety of teaching techniques to support all students' learning needs
- Follow schools safeguarding and behaviour management policies
