Vision for Education are looking to appoint a number of teaching assistants, for supply or temporary work, in the Lancashire area.
About the role
We are working with a number of schools, who are often calling upon us for teaching assistants on a short-term basis. The schools are a mix of primary schools, secondary schools and SEND provisions and you will often be expected to work in a range of classes. Schools may give us quite short notice about a booking, so candidates applying for this role must be flexible and willing to work at short notice.
The schools we work with tend to work from 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday (term-time only). The schools are often calling for teaching assistants, to work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis and the candidates applying for this role should be flexible and adaptable, as you will be expected to cover in a range of subjects.
You must be willing to work at short notice and work in a number of different provisions. The candidate should be confident, hard working and flexible. The role would suit candidates with experience working with children and perhaps looking to gain further experience in education, or, for someone who is looking for flexible work.
