Children are encouraged to develop the core skills needed in life and learning in this amazing environment. They have access to a range of onsite activities including forest school, hydrotherapy, jacuzzi, music therapy, trampolining and benefit from large grounds to play on. Offsite activities include swimming and bike riding!

The school provides an inclusive, flexible learning programme that engages children through their school journey. They are very proud of the emphasis they place on creativity and welcome teaching assistants from a range of educational, care and support work backgrounds.
School hours for a Support Worker are Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30, term-time only. Start date is after September but can potentially be sooner.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Support Worker (SEND school) you will:
- • Be enthusiastic and reliable.
- • Have the ability to work with children with a range of additional and complex needs.
- • Have good communication skills.
- • Be patient and resilient.

Salary
£11 to £13 per hour
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Some experience of working with children or in a support/care role
