Vision for Education are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Teacher of Geography (SEMH), to work in a Special School withing the Gateshead Local Authority.
About the role
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) along with a background in Geography. Ideally the candidate will have good knowledge of SEND and will have experience teaching students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
About the school
The school caters for KS3 and KS4 students who have SEMH as well as other additional needs. The candidate will be working with some of the area's most disengaged young learners.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teacher of Geography (SEMH) you will:
- You must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
- You must have Geography background.
- You must have a good understanding of SEMH and SEND.

Salary
£105 to £200 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
