The Role:
- Position: Music Teacher
- Location: Poole
- Type: Full-time, Temporary or Permanent
- Start Date: January 2025
- Pay: M1 – UPS3
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, performance, and history.
- Passion for music education and inspiring students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging music lessons that cater to student’s diverse needs and abilities.
- Foster a love for music through interactive and creative teaching methods.
- Provide opportunities for students to explore various musical genres, instruments, and techniques.
- Organise and lead extracurricular music activities such as choirs, bands, or orchestras.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
