• Daily pay rate starting from £92.56 with pay processed weekly via our in house Payroll Department

Vision for Education are looking to register Teaching Assistants who are urgently needed for primary schools based within Pembrokshire. You will be supporting children mainly within the Foundation Phase in small group settings. The work we offer can be on a part time or full time basis to suit your availability and work requirements.

We are urgently seeking highly motivated, committed, and resilient Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children’s development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to working alongside teachers and engaging pupils throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist with the preparation of learning activities and classroom resources
• Set up the learning environment at the start of each day
• Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Provide additional guidance and support to pupils who require extra help
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated, child-centred team

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working with children, ideally within a Foundation Phase setting
• The ability to work independently and lead small groups of pupils
• Experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Strong teamwork skills and a flexible, positive attitude
