Job Description:

- Assist in Classroom Activities: Collaborate with teachers to assist in preparing and delivering engaging lessons, providing support to students during class activities, and helping maintain a positive learning environment.

- Individualised Support: Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who may require additional help, ensuring they understand the material and progress in their learning journey.

- Behavioural Support: Assist in managing student behaviour, implementing behaviour management strategies, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

- Resource Preparation: Help prepare educational materials, set up equipment for lessons, and contribute to creating a stimulating and organized learning environment.

- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a coordinated approach to student support and progress monitoring.

- Professional Development: Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and effectiveness as a teaching assistant.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
