• Foster a Nurturing Classroom Environment: Establish a classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to explore. Your presence will help build a supportive space that encourages children to learn and grow confidently.
• Provide Individualized Support: Monitor each child's progress, identify their unique needs, and offer tailored assistance to ensure their development is on track. Your personalised support will be crucial in helping each child reach their full potential.

• Possess Relevant Experience: Experience in nursery, reception, or preschool settings is beneficial. A strong understanding of the Foundation Stage will enable you to effectively support children’s learning.
