Salary: £88-£110 per day (via PAYE)

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Sevenoaks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in classroom support to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

About the Role:

• Work closely with class teachers to support children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Help track progress and provide constructive feedback to the teacher

About You:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting (essential)
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, encouraging presence
• Understanding of the primary curriculum and strategies for supporting SEN
• A proactive and flexible attitude
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
