Salary: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience)

Vision for Education, an accredited supply partner for a large Trust, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team across a range of exceptional schools in Medway

The Role:

You will work alongside teachers to support pupils in achieving their full potential—whether in the classroom, in small groups, or on a one-to-one basis. Your role may include supporting literacy and numeracy development, helping children with special educational needs (SEN), or contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (preferred)
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine desire to inspire and support young learners
