Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in secondary schools? Vision for Education, an accredited supply partner for a Large Trust in Medwayare seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom in the absence of a teacher, delivering pre-set work and supporting students to stay on task. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers or anyone looking to gain classroom experience in a supportive and well-regarded trust of schools.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4

- Ensure a calm and focused learning environment

- Manage behaviour and uphold school policies

- Deliver lesson plans provided by the class teacher

- Confident communicator with a positive attitude

- Flexible, resilient, and organised

- Ideally has experience working with young people (education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)

- Degree or Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential
