Vision for Education are working closely with a Junior school in the St Neots area to find a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-1 with a Year 3 child with special educational needs.
About the role
You will be working closely on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with behavioural difficulties, so background knowledge of this would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will be patient and kind and willing to identify triggers for negative behaviour choices. Someone who is willing to create a routine and environment for the child that is safe, comfortable and conducive to learning. This is a full time role from Monday-Friday as there is a strong need for consistency.

Requirements:
- Knowledge and/or experience with children with special educational needs
- To be patient, kind and resilient
- To be willing to process or have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Salary
£85 to £100 per day.
