Trainee Cover Supervisor.

Location: Southampton.

Pay - £100 - £115 a day.

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for the next step in your career?

Would you feel confident supervising a classroom of up to 30 students? Do you have transferable skills to become a cover supervisor? (for example.. experienced support worker, sports coach?)

Vision for Education have designed our very own Cover Supervisor Programme in collaboration with North East Partnership SCITT.

This programme consists of 4 mandatory courses which includes:

• Dedicated training in areas including safeguarding, special needs awareness, being an effective Cover Supervisor, behaviour management, mental health issues, data protection and cyber security.
• Advice and guidance from industry professionals.
• Support from education recruitment experts to find Cover Supervisor roles once the training programme is complete.

Candidates will be provided with access to a further 5 recommended courses which count towards their continual professional development (CPD).
