As a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students with additional learning needs, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Encouraging students' social, emotional, and academic development
- Implementing tailored learning strategies to meet individual needs
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements
- A passion for working with children and young people
- A desire to support students with SEN and additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- Previous experience in education or childcare is advantageous but not essential
