Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant
Location: Bexley
Pay: £88 - £110 per day (via PAYE)

Vision for Education is a leading education recruitment agency that works closely with primary, secondary and SEN schools across Kent. We are currently looking for Trainee Teaching Assistants in the Bexley area.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside class teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences which adapt to each child’s individual needs
• Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability
• Aid class Teacher’s in creating a vibrant classroom setting and create learning resources to enhance children’s learning
• Work as part of a team to provide tailored support to children on a 1:1 or group basis
