The Role
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with additional needs in a mainstream primary school setting. Your work will include supporting teachers, leading small group interventions, and helping children develop the skills they need to thrive academically and socially. Every day is different, and the impact you make is truly life-changing.
