As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers in delivering lessons, assist students in their academic and personal development, and help create an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.

• Support students with additional needs, both academic and emotional.

• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning experiences.

• Work closely with students to build their confidence and develop their skills.

• Assist in administrative tasks related to student progress and classroom management.

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and proactive individual who is eager to support students in a secondary school setting. Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong desire to work with young people and support their academic growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• No previous teaching assistant experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop professionally is essential.
