This is a full-time, long-term position available for an enthusiastic, caring unqualified teaching assistant in this school committed to learning for pupils who have autism spectrum disorder and associated conditions such as dyslexia and ADHD.

About the role

The school provides an inclusive, flexible learning programme that engages children aged 6 – 19 through their school journey. They are very proud of the emphasis they place on creativity and would love to hear from teaching assistants with a creative background.

About the school

You will be supporting children either 1:1 or in the general class.

School hours for a teaching assistant are Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30, term-time only. This is likely to become a permanent teaching assistant position.

Salary

£11 to £12 per hour

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
