Vision for Education are seeking to employ a Year 2 teacher to work in a First School in the Newcastle area.
About the role
This is a full-time role, working between the hours of 8-15:30pm and is set to commence at the end of April 2022 until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching within a Year 2 classroom and have excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum. This is an average sized class of 26 pupils with a high percentage of SEND and children working below the expected level. The school would like to employ someone who is forward thinking and driven to have a positive impact on the lives of all pupils within their care through offering dynamic teaching and tailored support.

Requirements
- • Hold a minimum of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- • Have experience of teaching in Key Stage 1.
- • Have experience of teaching Phonics within the classroom.
- • Have excellent behaviour management.
- • Have had experience of supporting children with diverse needs and planning differentiated activities.

Salary
£90 to £213 per day
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
