Are you looking for your next challenge in education? Are you a highly professional, dedicated and motivated Teacher? Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Primary Academy in Dartford which has a friendly and welcoming ethos and have high expectations of all pupils.
- To plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons and learning experiences which cater to both individual and class needs and abilities
- Continually enhance teaching and learning by being open to a variety of approaches, evolution and new ideas
- To monitor pupil progress, maintaining clear and accurate records including assessment outcomes and targets, ensure the focus is on enabling all pupils to achieve their full potential
- Supervise, and work in partnership with, Teaching Assistants and other support staff to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Actively engage in professional development opportunities
- To promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding procedures
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
- Experience working in KS2 would be beneficial
