About the role

Job Role: Year 6 Primary Teacher.

Location: Manchester, M16.

Salary: £31,650 - £43,333 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Contract Type: Temporary - Jan 2025 - July 2025 possbily longer

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join a Team in a vibrant, community based 3 form school within the Whalley Range area, accommodating both newly qualified and experienced teachers. We are looking for Teachers to join us on a day to day basis or long term cover, we can accomodate for both and even offer a Guaranteed Pay Scheme for supply staff to ensure financial security.

The school is specifically looking for someone with strong behaviour management and with the ability to maintain a safe and supported classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students within Key Stage 2.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities as the school is a very diverse establishment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to prepare them ready for their end of year SATs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum Key Stage 2 framework.
  • Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
