1:1 Teaching Assistant

£14.24 - £15 per hour (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at point of registration)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs within a school in Lincoln.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and patient TA who enjoys building positive relationships with pupils and supporting them to reach their full potential.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of enthusiastic 1:1 TA , you will:

• Have previous experience working with children with additional needs.
• Ideally have previous 1:1 TA experience.
• Be patient, caring and confident.
• Be able to build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil.
• Have a positive and adaptable approach to supporting children.
