Vision for Education is currently seeking flexible and reliable Teaching Assistants to work on an ad hoc basis across a range of welcoming primary schools in Thurrock. As an ad hoc Teaching Assistant, you will support schools on a day-to-day basis, assisting in the classroom and helping to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
• Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis where required
• Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN
• Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment
• Provide general classroom support and assist with daily activities
