Job Title: Bank Teaching Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Contract: Flexible / 0-hour (Term-time only)
As a bank teaching assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools, supporting pupils on a day-to-day basis. No two days are the same, you might be in a mainstream classroom one day and providing 1:1 support the next.
The role:
- Work as a bank teaching assistant across different schools in Bristol
- Choose the days you’re available - full flexibility
- Support pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and age groups
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
- Reliable, adaptable, and confident in new environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive approach
- Ability to manage behaviour appropriately
