School Business Operations Manager
About the role
Vision for Education is seeking a Business Operations Manager to work on full time term-time basis Plus 2 days in August in a School in Redditch.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or operational professional to play a central role in the effective management of our school's business and support services.
Hours 0830-3.30pm Monday-Friday
About the Role
- Experience of working in a busy school office or has worked in the public sector in a similary role.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills and some understanding of collating data and reports.
- Human resources knowledge and finance understanding would also be beneficial for this role.
- Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee a broad range of operational functions, including administration, data management, human resources, finance support, compliance and health and safety.
- You will ensure that the school's systems and processes run efficiently while supporting the delivery of high-quality education.
