The Role

Vision for Education is proud to be the Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the Advanced Learning Partnership (ALP) and is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated DT Teacher to work across the Trust's secondary schools.

As the exclusive provider of day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply staffing within ALP, we have regular opportunities available throughout the academic year.

You could work within schools including:

• Hummersknott Academy
• Staindrop Academy
• Greenfield Academy
• Bishop Barrington Academy
• Whitworth Park Academy
• Parkside Academy
• Wolsingham School
• Durham Academy
• Dene Academy

The desired DT Teacher will be teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils, delivering engaging lessons and supporting students to achieve their full potential. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis.

Requirements

To be considered for the DT Teacher position, you will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching DT Teacher within a secondary school
• A passion for supporting the progress of secondary school pupils
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
