Role: Early Career Teacher

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £168.80 per day.

About the role:

Are you a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey? We are seeking an enthusiastic KS1 teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Erdington. Open to options on specific year groups specialisms, would consider EYFS or KS2 for the right candidate.

Requirements:

The desired Primary Teacher will have;

• Have adaptable skills and experience/be willing to work in KS1 full time.
• Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment.
• Be able to work well with other and build working relationships quickly with staff and students.
• Have or be able to obtain a DBS Certificate registered to the update service.
• Be able to gain at least two relevant references covering the last 2 years.
