About the role
Early Years Practitioner – Stoke-on-Trent
Level 3 Qualified or Unqualified Applicants Welcome
£14.24 per hour | Around £500 per week | Weekly Pay | Year-Round Work
Nurseries don’t close for half term, and neither does the work!
Could you be the familiar face a room of under-fives looks forward to seeing every morning?
At Vision for Education, we work with nurseries across Stoke-on-Trent, Leek and Cheadle, providing reliable Early Years Practitioners throughout the year, including school holidays.
We're looking for warm, enthusiastic and dependable individuals who love working with young children and are happy to get involved in everything from messy play and story time to snack time and daily care routines.
You don't need a Level 3 qualification to apply!
If you've worked with under-fives in a nursery, playgroup, crèche or childminding environment, we'd love to hear from you. Applicants holding a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification will have access to the widest range of shifts.
What Does the Role Involve?

-
Working alongside experienced room leaders and nursery teams.
-
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
-
Enjoying opportunities for regular bookings at the same settings.
Most opportunities are based in Stoke-on-Trent, with additional regular work available in Leek and Cheadle for applicants happy to travel.
