The School and Role

A welcoming school in Northumberland is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children within their Early Years setting. The role involves providing classroom support, helping with daily routines, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging learning through play. Strong, recent EYFS experience is essential, and the role could become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal person will be caring, reliable and passionate about supporting young children’s development.

Requirements

The desired TA will have;

- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification/ L3 TA qualification

- Experience of working with pupils with SEND

- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
