Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified French Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team for schools in and around the Wolverhampton Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the French language and culture, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students in immersive language experiences. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality French language instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging French language lessons to students studying at Key stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Develop and implement a curriculum that covers listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language practice.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language education and integrate them into your teaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Teaching certification in French.
• Proven experience teaching French at secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of French language pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential in language learning.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current in the field of language education.
