The Role
The successful KS1 Teacher will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
- Differentiate learning to support the needs of all pupils
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attainment, and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community

Requirements
To be considered for the role of KS1 Teacher, you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and behaviour management
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential
