The run-up to half term is the busiest stretch of the year for cover in primary schools. Progress meetings, ECT release time, parents' evenings, courses and the first bugs of the term all land at once, and Birmingham schools need teachers across all year groups.
Vision For Education is looking for KS2 teachers for day-to-day supply, short blocks and longer-term cover across Birmingham EYFS to Year 6
What the Work Looks Like
-
Day-to-day cover with plans left for you
-
Teaching the lesson, keeping the class on track, and leaving a short note for the class teacher
-
No marking, no data drops and no meetings on day-to-day bookings
-
Short blocks and longer-term cover when you want consistency with one class
-
Schools across Birmingham

£650–£1000 a week for a full-time five-day week with flexible days paid for the days you work
-
Weekly pay through PAYE
-
You choose your days, from one a week to full time
-
A consultant on the phone from 6:30 every morning, so you hear about tomorrow's work the night before wherever possible

You'll Need

QTS (or QTLS)

KS2 teaching experience, whether from placements, a class of your own or supply
-
Calm, confident behaviour management with a class you've just met

Returning to teaching? Day-to-day supply is a good way back in, and we'll start you somewhere friendly.
