Are you a qualified Nursery Nurse looking to work in a school setting, with schools and term time hours?

An Ofsted graded Primary school that continues to perform at an ‘Exceptional‘ level will be opening a brand new provision for two-year olds ,and are seeking full time Qualifed Nursery Nurses to be involved in its journey. The successful Nursery nurse must have sound knoweldge of working with 2 year olds, and must be both nurturing and kind in their approach.

The school has been described as both ambitious and enlightening in terms of its offering to its community, with it exceeding what is expected nationally . It's staff receive excellent in house training , allowing them to be fully competent in every subject delivered . The school is 2 forms in entry, and is led by a driven leadership team who can offer you a clear and structured working environment. Children here are eager to learn, and behaviour is of a good standard throughout.

The school is accessible from both Wood Green and Alexandra Palace stations.

Working hours are 0830-4, Monday-Friday, term-time only.

Experience and training needed for this role include:

Previous experience as a Nursery Nurse

An understanding of the expectations required when supporting childrem in multi-cultural, inclusive learning environments

A great team-working ethic , and willingness to immerse yourself into the school culture

An early years childcare qualification, level 2 minimum

A commitment to supporting learners both academically and pastorally
