About the role

Nursery Nurse – Part Time / Temporary or Permanent Opportunities

Bradford

£350 – £468.85 per week

Flexible Start Dates Available

Are you a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity within welcoming early years settings across the Bradford area?

We are working with a range of well-established nurseries and primary school early years provisions seeking dedicated Nursery Nurses to support children during their crucial early development stages. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education who is looking for flexible work, longer-term placements, or the potential for a permanent position.

The Role

As a Nursery Nurse, you will play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where young children can learn, play, and thrive.

You will support children through a variety of play-based and structured activities that encourage social, emotional, and early academic development. Working closely with other early years staff, teachers, and parents, you will help ensure every child receives high-quality care and support tailored to their individual needs.

The settings we work with are friendly, inclusive, and supportive environments where staff are valued and children are always at the heart of everything they do.

Requirements

To be considered for this Nursery Nurse role, you will:

  • Have recent experience working within a nursery or mainstream primary school early years setting
  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Have a genuine passion for working with young children
  • Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic in your approach
  • Be flexible, reliable, and proactive
  • Work effectively as part of a supportive team

What We Offer

As part of our team, you will benefit from:

  • Competitive weekly pay through the PAYE system
  • Flexible work opportunities to suit your availability
  • Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability)
  • Access to CPD and training opportunities to support your professional development
  • Employer pension contributions
  • Opportunities to attend social and networking events
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant throughout your placements

We are committed to supporting early years professionals in finding rewarding roles within nurturing environments where they can make a real difference every day.
