A welcoming primary school in South Liverpool is looking to appoint a part-time Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

The School and Role

This friendly and supportive primary school is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide support across EYFS and Key Stage 1.

The role is part-time, working 3 days per week, with the specific days to be confirmed upon successful placement. The position is ongoing and available for an immediate start.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be positive, patient and energetic, with the ability to build strong relationships with young children and work effectively alongside teaching staff.

The school offers a welcoming and professional environment where staff are supported and children are placed at the heart of everything they do.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with primary school-aged children.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

• A flexible and proactive approach to supporting the classroom.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
