Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join the team at Purfleet Primary School, part of the REAch2 Academy Trust.

The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will take responsibility for creating and delivering high-quality learning experiences that engage, challenge and inspire pupils. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure that all pupils receive the support they need to make progress.
Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, creative and differentiated lessons.

Taking responsibility for the learning and progress of pupils within your class.

Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
-
Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress.
-
Adapting teaching to meet the individual needs of learners.
-
Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations.
-
Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and other support staff.
-
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
-
Contributing to the wider life of the school and school community.

Maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
About You
The successful candidate will be a passionate, motivated and committed Class Teacher who is keen to make a positive difference to children's lives.
You will ideally have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching within a primary school environment.
-
A good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
-
Strong classroom management skills.
-
The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
A positive, flexible and collaborative approach.
-
High expectations of yourself and your pupils.
-
A genuine commitment to supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.

A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
