Vision for Education works with a range of primary schools across Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford who are looking to appoint Early Career Teachers for September 2026.

The Role

Opportunities are available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a variety of primary schools.

We can support teachers looking for:

• Long-term placements
• Full-time teaching roles
• Maternity cover positions
• Roles that can lead to permanent employment

Requirements

To be considered, you will:

• Hold QTS or be on track to achieve QTS before September 2026
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be passionate about delivering high-quality primary education
• Be willing to complete the relevant safeguarding checks
