Primary Teacher – Braintree

Location: Braintree, Essex
Pay: £140–£270 per day

Vision for Education are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our team and work in schools across Braintree and the surrounding areas.

Job Description

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other school staff.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Encourage pupils to develop their confidence, independence and academic skills.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
