The Role

As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across different year groups and schools, providing continuity of learning and ensuring pupils have a positive and productive day in the absence of their regular class teacher.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering lessons and following existing lesson plans and school instructions.

• Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations.

• Supporting pupils with their learning and ensuring they remain engaged.

• Following school policies and procedures.

• Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and school staff.

• Providing feedback to the class teacher regarding pupils' learning and behaviour.

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils throughout the school day.

• Adapting to different classroom environments and year groups.

About You

We are looking for teachers who are reliable, adaptable and passionate about making a positive difference to children's education.

You will ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A flexible and adaptable approach.

• The confidence to teach across different primary year groups.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

ECTs, experienced teachers and teachers returning to the profession are all welcome to apply.
