Nursery Teacher – Full Time – September 2026

TS10 Area – £121 to £149 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our successful supply team and work within a welcoming primary school in the TS10 area.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday during school hours. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Nursery class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

The role will commence in September 2026 and is ongoing, with the potential to become long-term depending on the needs of the school.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching within EYFS, would be advantageous.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive and experienced teaching team, the desired Nursery Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning opportunities for pupils.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress.
  • Differentiating learning activities to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting high expectations.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies where required.
  • Supporting pupils' personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school community.

The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching, committed to raising attainment, and able to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

To be considered for the EYFS Teacher position, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Be confident in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Have high expectations of pupils' achievement and progress.
  • Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
