The School and Role
A friendly and welcoming primary school in the S20 area of Sheffield is looking to appoint a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their supportive team from September 2026 until April 2027. The school prides itself on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
The successful teacher will take responsibility for a Year 2 class, delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and work alongside committed colleagues who value collaboration and high-quality teaching.
This role is suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. The school would particularly welcome applications from teachers with recent KS1 and Year 2 experience.
Requirements
The desired Teacher will have;

Experience of working within KS1

QTS
-
Experience of working with pupils with SEND

A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

An ability to work as part of a team
