Primary Teacher – Southend-on-Sea

Vision for Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Southend-on-Sea.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Promote high standards of teaching, learning and achievement.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools (placements welcomed for ECTs).
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be flexible, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through Vision for Education.
• Have a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
