  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting high expectations.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school.
  • Supporting pupils' personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Contributing positively to the wider school community.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, organised, and confident teaching across different year groups while maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.

The School

The school prides itself on its friendly, supportive staff team and its inclusive ethos, where both pupils and staff are encouraged to thrive. Leaders are committed to providing high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment in which children feel valued, challenged, and supported.
