About the Role

Vision for Education are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to work on a full-time basis within a welcoming primary school in the TS7 area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire and support young learners during the early stages of their primary education. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that help pupils build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development while fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative school team committed to providing the best possible outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for a Key Stage 1 class in line with the National Curriculum
• Support pupils in developing core literacy and numeracy skills through creative and inclusive teaching
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote pupil achievement and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• A sound understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
