The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive classroom environment where pupils can learn and make progress.
Depending on the school and year group, you may be teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering effective lessons across the primary curriculum
- Adapting teaching to suit different abilities and learning needs
- Managing the classroom and maintaining positive behaviour
- Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
- Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate support
- Creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Following school policies around safeguarding, behaviour and child protection
For supply teachers, you'll also need to be comfortable adapting quickly to different classrooms, schools and lesson plans.

Requirements
You will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
- Right to Work in the UK
- Suitable professional references
- Safeguarding and Child Protection training
Pay & Benefits
