£120 - £150per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at the point of registration)

Vision for Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, flexible and passionate Primary Teacher to work in our welcoming client schools across Boston and the surrounding areas. We have a range of exciting opportunities available from September 2026 on both a full-time and part-time basis to suit your experience, availability and career aspirations.

We are seeking inspirational teachers who are committed to delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons that enable every child to reach their full potential. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a variety of primary schools while working within supportive and welcoming environments.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of enthusiastic Primary Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring children to achieve their best.
• Demonstrate a commitment to creating an inclusive, positive and engaging learning environment.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check and be registered to the Update Service.
• Be committed, reliable and enthusiastic, with the flexibility to work across a range of primary schools.
