Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Telford. This role will start from November 2026 onwards, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive two-form-entry school.

The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your class, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupils to make strong academic and personal progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Year 4 lessons.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom.
• Managing behaviour effectively and consistently.
• Working closely with colleagues to support pupil development.

The School

The school is a welcoming and supportive two-form-entry primary school in Telford, with a strong focus on creating a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

You will be joining an established team who work collaboratively to provide high-quality learning experiences for all pupils.

Requirements

The successful Year 4 Teacher will ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous Key Stage 2 teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Year 4 is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to supporting pupils' progress and development.
• Availability to start from November 2026.
• Two satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
